  • Jaco continued to pay the municipal bills for +- 7 months.
  • Jaco continued to pay the ADT account and house insurance.
  • Willem asked if he can purchase the house after his divorce is finalised.
  • Jaco hired company to evaluate house value for fare selling price.
  • Jaco agreed with Willem R400K discount, house needed work.

  • Willem were unable to get full loan from bank. According to Willem, his bank only approved R1.3M.

  * Must provide a list of furniture still in his possession and kept in storage
  * Provide a date, time and address in which our client can collect the furniture kept in storage   
  * our settlement proposal, made without prejudice, wherein a lump sum payment in the amount of 
  * R 292 000.00 will be accepted with a cost contribution of R15 000.00 towards our clients’ legal costs.
